We understand that travel plans may change. To ensure transparency and clarity, the following cancellation and refund terms apply to all bookings made with MNP.

1. Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the official communication channel of MNP. Verbal cancellation requests may not be considered valid for processing. The cancellation date will be considered from the date on which the written cancellation request is received and acknowledged by our team.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges will depend on the date of cancellation and the terms applicable to the booked services.

• Cancellations made 10 days or more before the scheduled travel date may be subject to cancellation charges as per the applicable booking terms.
• Cancellation charges may generally range from 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost, depending on the hotel, transportation, Volvo tickets, and other services booked.
• Cancellations made within 4 days of the travel date will attract 100% retention/cancellation charges.
• No-show bookings will also be subject to 100% retention charges.

The exact cancellation amount may vary depending on the cancellation policies of our hotels, transport operators, and other service providers.

3. No Refund for Unused Services

No refund will be provided for any service that is partially or completely unused after the commencement of the tour. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Hotel accommodation
• Meals
• Sightseeing
• Transfers
• Volvo tickets
• Entry tickets
• Permits
• Transportation
• Activities
• Any other service included in the booked package

If a guest voluntarily skips or does not use any included service, no refund or compensation will be provided for that unused portion.

4. Advance Payment Requirement

A 50% advance payment of the total tour package cost is required to confirm the booking. MNP reserves the right to cancel or release a booking/invoice if the required advance payment is not received within the agreed time. In such circumstances, hotel rooms, Volvo seats, vehicles, or other services may be released without prior guarantee of availability.

5. Service Provider Cancellation Rules

Volvo operators, transportation providers, and other service partners may have their own cancellation and retention policies. Where applicable, the cancellation terms of the respective service provider will also apply. In case a supplier imposes higher cancellation charges, those charges may be passed on to the customer.

6. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Himachal Pradesh is a mountainous destination, and travel services can occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Heavy snowfall or rainfall
• Landslides
• Road closures
• Traffic restrictions
• Government regulations
• Natural calamities
• Vehicle restrictions
• Strikes or protests
• Sudden changes in local operating conditions

In such situations, MNP will make reasonable efforts to assist guests and modify the itinerary where possible. Refunds, if any, will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.

7. Misconduct & Illegal Activities

MNP reserves the right to immediately discontinue or terminate services if a guest is found or reasonably suspected to be involved in:

• Illegal activities
• Violent or threatening behaviour
• Physical or verbal abuse
• Damage to hotel or company property
• Misuse of services
• Behaviour that creates a safety risk for other guests, staff, drivers, or service providers

In such circumstances, the guest may be required to leave the accommodation or discontinue the tour, and no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the package, subject to applicable law. Any additional loss, damage, penalty, or expense caused by such behaviour may be recoverable from the guest.

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved under the applicable cancellation terms, the refundable amount will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges, supplier penalties, taxes, and other non-refundable expenses. Refund processing time may depend on the payment method and the respective service providers.

9. Important Note

By confirming a tour package with MNP, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the applicable Payment, Cancellation, Refund, and Booking Terms. For clarification regarding cancellation charges or refund eligibility, customers are advised to contact the MNP team before cancelling their booking.

1. Package Validity:This package is valid for the dates and duration mentioned at the time of booking and is subject to hotel availability.
2. Booking Confirmation:The booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment or full payment, as applicable.
3. Check-in & Check-out:Standard check-in and check-out timings of the hotel will apply. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
4. Room Allocation:Room type will be provided as per the package booked. Any upgrade is subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Occupancy:Package pricing is based on the number of guests and occupancy selected during booking. Extra adults or children will be charged as per the hotel's applicable policy.
6. Meals:Meals included in the package will be provided according to the meal plan selected at the time of booking. Unused meals or services cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
